I hate the should you wash it or not. Everyone does things differently I was raised to wash my chicken then I put it on paper towel while I clean the sink. To each their own.

you shouldnt wash chicken as it usually spead germs (wish spashing water) instead of removing them – here you go… – but clean afterwards 😛

Could you go over vegetable pairings for us? I'd love to do a sheet pan sausage meal but I'd like to change up the veggies I use each time. I'm not only looking for color ("no color / no flavor"), but I'm also looking to roast veggies that pair well with each other and that I can put some polish sausage with… HELP!!

I used to work as a butcher you wash your meat to avoid bone shards and bone pulp from machine cuts. Its a safety thing. Chicken it isn't as big of a risk but please please wash your pork and beef.

You are blessed to be able to afford such great meals for so many. Clearly money is no issue because you arent making rice and beans or spaghetti like typical families trying to save and stretch a buck. You're going all out on these meals for young kids that would be happy with hot dogs or sandwiches. Lol Lucky kids!
I can never keep my sheets pans that clean looking. I scrub until blue in the face and they look seasoned. 🤷🏻♀️
