    I've been making mug brownies for a while. Yesterday I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. Saved much on calories and was delicious. So I guess that I will be able to make brownies more often than I had before. Which was very sparingly as I'm trying to watch my weight.
    Thanks for the idea. Added flavor and saved on calories.

    this was really good, i made it with stevia instead of apple sauce and the consistence was a little bit thicker, i think next time i will try to add greek yogurt too. but it was really good, i have been craving a chocolatey dessert the whole week and almost had a cheat day yesterday with some choccy fudge from mc donalds.

    i made 5 of these in cupcake molds and i calculated around 230 kcal for one, while a choccy fudge from mcd has 460. it's literally half of it and the taste is very similar.

    it would’ve been way better if i had done it correctly lol
    i didn’t mix the ingredients well enough and so i bit into a chunk of ground oats while being so confused
    it was super good though!

    This is exactly what I was looking for.. Thank you very much for such a healthy and delicious recipe. Also, I do not have apple sauce in my kitchen so used 1 tablespoon of yogurt instead of apple sauce and it worked wonder. My favourite go-to dessert from today.

    Great recipe. I subbed in 1tbsp mashed banana, only did 1 tsp of honey, and subbed oats for almond flour. Tastes like a dark chocolate brownie. Thank you!
