Terrible what costco has done to their chicken in Washington state; particularly the Bellingham location. We used to buy it there for years. But they changed the spicing somehow and the chicken literally keeps us up all night like we had 3 espressos. What the heck did they change or use to make the chicken inedible if you intend to sleep at all??
Chicken alfredo pasta and chicken soup made any way you prefer the $4.99 Costco whole rotisserie chicken is so flavorful don't need to add much seasonings if any.

I love the value of this chicken…but it does not love me…they are injected with a solution that makes then juicy and tasty, however the amount of salt is frightful…. People need to read ingredient labels and interpret what they are ingesting.

Some really awesome ideas, I love making different dishes with the rotisserie chicken. I like to do everything bagel sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and mayo and mustard for for easy meal. Pesto and Alfredo mixed together is always great too.

Chicken enchilada definitely took more than 10 F'ing minutes! 35 minutes in and im still buttering tortillas damnit! Anyhoo, i went with the GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE cause it goes better with chicken. I also mixed Cotija cheese with sharp chedar. I also drank a lot of beer while waiting for all this shit to get done. Dont bother warming your stove till youre done with warming tortillas. I give this shit and a plus 4 video editing in a fucking F For actual directions.
Wth? A bit more info on what youre actually doing would help! For chicken and dumplings how long do the buscuits cook for?what temperature for the broth and cream of chicken??? How much chicken do you put? 1lb? 2 lbs?
