    The nutritional value chart is way off here on these meals..How can a very small amount of meat..grated carrot quarter of an onion..brocolli be more carbs than a potato or grain dish?..I have been on Keto for 5 years..So I know that the nutritional value is wrong..Keto eaters track everything. Nice meals tho

    DO NOT USE WET RICE FOR FRIED RICE, Always use cold rice, that has been sitting in the fridge for at least 1 hour, but I try to cook it the day before I use it
