I’d like to see you do something with cantaloupe and cucumbers. I had them both at lunch one day and realized the flavors really mesh. So I cut them up in a bowl together now. Is there something more we could do to that? What would be your twist?
Have been vegan for about 7 yrs love your channel. Avocado toast frankly makes no sense to me, never did just as well because it has become a monocrop in Chile and Mexico which for different reasons are no go areas also Vietnam for cashews. If you live in 'California, you go girl. Wtf is wrong with guacamole? I could eat it on whole meal; dark sauerdough dark whole meal rye and the protein/fibre is brilliant also taste. Thrive market is supercool but during covid 19 working from home will subscribe in the fall when my income goes up and we can tentatively embrace the world. I live in Canada and Justin Trudeau Prime Minister sends 40% of all vaccines to India because if we are not all protected we are not protected at all. I hate cilantro and flat leaf parsley is great for your liver and a diuretic loaded with same stuff so we're good …. and coconut/lime cane suger(actually see below) is the only sweet thing I occasionally eat; for anyone with occasional sweet tooth throw some pitted dates and some water into food processor you have instant date syrup soooo good …the meat from a coconut rolled into balls the bomb … also the bomb your salads I just used any green big fan of watercress and arugula as huge serving and beans often combined with grains LOVE it!!! Addicted to greek/middle eastern vegan food checking out vegan tzatsiki in ordinary terms strained greek yoghurt with finely chopped cucumber, dill a bit of lemon juice and some garlic … paste vr fine to taste. I tried vegan yoghurt in instant pot with a probiotic capsule; used cachews soaked it was ok not brilliant…. ok next !!! Ok I do yr beet burgers in the oven always amazing as was this video!!!!! Got into a short food rut know what I'm looking for now. Tx as always, you are a shining woman always inspiring.
So grateful for your channel. Been a vegan on and off for the last decade, but finally deciced to commit to it last summer. It's been great, but when my doctor suggested that I should cut out refined sugar and proccessed food from my diet (due to acne problems) I felt like I had nothing left to eat. I don't want to view veganism as a diet. I commited to it for ethical reasons, not to change my body in any way. But of course I also want to follow my doctor's recommendations.
Your channel is really helping my out right now, making me realize that there are more healthy vegan recipes out there than I could possibly eat in a lifetime. Such a broad variety of flavours, textures and ingredients. THANK YOU.

The only things that put me at pause on some of the recipes are the carbs and the bread and the sugars. As a diabetic, those are not good for me.
