Just one advice. In India we prepare food based on emotion or experience based measurements. So I would advice instead of using fancy measuring cups etc, just use things which can be easily understood or picked up tumblers / side dish cups/ metal spoons we use for dinner etc and showed the measurements. It would be in nearly in all peoples house.

I tried it the exact way you told but the crust didn't cook completely, it was all raw even after cooking it for more than 15 mins. I literally had to throw the whole pizza because it wasn't ready to cook even after 25 30 mins
