I personally have been lowering my calories and to note these new foods to add makes eating healthy way better, since theres a way you can eat low-calorie with foods you may still like. I used to be over 260, I am now down by 20 pounds, by eating fish rice and chicken + many vegetables and vegan foods because well lots of vegan foods are pretty good too. I am also a teen so i have a higher chance to lose it way easier because I know as i get old it'd be harder to workout.
