    as someone who is overweight, this actually not only gives a better health diet, and less calories it also just shows you can have better options with things you may like. I personally have been lowering my calories and to note these new foods to add makes eating healthy way better, since theres a way you can eat low-calorie with foods you may still like. I used to be over 260, I am now down by 20 pounds, by eating fish rice and chicken + many vegetables and vegan foods because well lots of vegan foods are pretty good too. I am also a teen so i have a higher chance to lose it way easier because I know as i get old it'd be harder to workout. I myself am very active just very hard to lose weight when it takes time. but this video means alot and very helpful.

    Removing & Reducing calories, high carb, and high sugar foods, you must eat healthy fats such as EVOO, Avocados, Olives, added to your salads or your day. If you cut out all Carbs/Sugars (your standard primary fuel source) you must supplement that fuel source for healthy fats.
