Makes me also realise now expensive food prices in NZ are a bag of baby spinach is $6 and 1 can of beans is $2 🤦♀️ so I feel like this meal prep would be closer to $70 here 😭
My husband literally didn't believe my list was going to last us all week LOL – and was FLOORED that included veg and gluten free noodles. Thank YOU!!!!
Omg, you made me tear up at the beginning! 😥 Sorry you had such a hard year, but thank you so much for sharing this! It goes to show that there are no excuses if you want a healthy diet.
This video is fantastic!! Thank you so much for putting so much effort into all sorts of different and interesting along with the break down of prices per meal and per item!! I just moved into my first apartment and spent way too much on groceries last week, and I'm excited to have a better budget this week! Thanks again and hope you are doing well!! 💛💛
The lunch pasta option is AMAZING!! I was a little skeptical because there was no sauce and I am a sauce on pasta kind of girl but honestly it is so good without it. I start college in a couple weeks and this video is a budget LIFESAVER!! Thank you thank you thank you!
Great video and great ideas to work from. My only issue is when you use a more expensive olive oil for flavor on top of your food in the video. And post the price and picture of a cheaper product that probably doesn’t taste as good. And may not be real olive oil since there’s so many fakes on the market. It makes me wonder how much of these cheaper products you actually bought/ate.
I really can’t stop thanking and recommending Dr Igudia on YouTube who cured my Diabetes disease with the natural herbs supplements which I got from him on his YouTube Channel.
Unfortunately, in New York City, the costs for this are at least double. I tried this on $25 and couldn't even get half-way through the list and was already at $35. Just know that in higher cost cities, you're looking at $50 a week.
I know times are tough for a lot of people, I hope this can help a bit! There’s also a free grocery shopping list on my blog to go along with this video: https://liezljayne.com/25-full-week-budget-healthy-grocery-shopping-list-gluten-free-dairy-free-vegan-options/

I am confused is it 2 and 1/4 cups of pasta or 4 cups of pasta for the first pasta recipe?
I love this 🙂 more of this please!
Do you make all the meals before? Or do you make one dish for examplr and eat it for 3-4 days and then make the Other dish? 🙂
