u sure you are baking the vegetable and chicken for 1 HOUR?!! The vegetables are burnt and chicken legs are dry like a stick when you take it out from the oven

I have access to multigym (this one exact – http://www.avonfitnessmachines.com/product/292/commercial-5-station-multi-gym(with-m.s.-steel-weight-stages)). I looked through all your videos and did not find any videos on using multigym machines. Please make a video on how to use these multigym machines for a full body strength training. Most women have these machines in their residential complexes. Will help women like us a lot. Thanks in advance.
