I wish you had full written recipes for these rather than just the ingredients written…like what’s the ratio of gram flour to water for the omelette? :/
It’s not vegan omelet. It’s besan chilla. North Indian dish. You added more veggies and made it nutritious. Here they add onion , tomato and coriander leaves to the chickpea flour and no baking powder. We make thin layer of the mixture and not as fat as you showed. So that will become chilla.
I made the whole meal and I’m screeming I touched the red 🌶 pepper and forgot now the corner of the eye burns and my lip 😅 🥵 but I must say the whole meal is absolutely full of nutrients and fiber delicious 🤤 thank you so much for sharing not sure how to provide pictures yet

Pity you cannot flip that omelette . You should be able to do it instantly. Otherwise the recipes are very nice.

It wasn't easy but it did works in curing my human papillomavirus, all thanks to Dr Madida for sending me the herbal cure..
