Could you expand on the parchment paper liner you showed, but didn't mention? BTW: it looks like in Central Jersey you can find the sausage strips at any Shop Rite.

I have been looking for more breakfast ideas with eggs and these look fantastic! Can't wait to try them out. I don't have your fancy silicone cups but I do have a few glass cruets and it's just me so that'll be great. I also have pre-cooked sausage that I keep frozen so I can just put sprinkles in there.

We had a supply problem at the markets here, so it took me trips to 5 different grocery stores to locate that brand of sausage strips. Finally found them yesterday. We went ahead and made the first batch with just regular bacon. The egg turned out just right in each of the silicon muffin molds. I am anxious to try this again with those Johnsonville sausage strips this time. Thanks for posting this video.

Johnsonville sausage isn't that hot, I can't eat hot but I tried the hot Italian sausage & was pleasantly surprised the flavor was delicious, just more intense than the regular sausage. Thanks. 😏

I am frustrated that there is not one air fryer that is made to be cleaned. Why is it that they do not make a unit that can have the burner unplug from the machine to be cleaned and so you can clean the metal plate and fan blades behind it. This overlooked flaw renders all air fryers throw away items that must be replaced a lot sooner than necessary. Very odd stuff. You do good stuff here.

Johnsonville bratwurst is the only kind I buy, so I cannot wait to find the sausage strips; my market will occasionally have bratwurst patties, and I buy 2 or 3 packages when I see them.
