I love and make everything you make, I am not on a specific diet but I do mix them because I am into clean and healthy totally natural eating, I do favor seafood, I love the quinoa salad you made here except I added some cooked shrimp sooo yummm. Bobby I did add your book to my amazon cart but I am moving in 2 months so I will order it when I am in my new place, otherwise it's just more things to move and load the car with and it could get ripped 🙁 We don't want that.
Does the cooking time of the Salmon on the stove also make it okay to reheat it without drying the fish out or overcooking it? I would think that a lot of the meal-prep main courses should be undercooked to allow for reheating time? Are you allowing time for reheating the meat/fish in your preparations so that they are not overcooked? Just asking because I am not sure.
I am very new to FlavCity and no doubt this is kind of a silly question. You meal prep 5x each meal but you do several meals. Is this because you have 5 people in your household? Also, it appears to me that some things in each container need to be heated but not everything. Does everything go in the refrigerator or do some things go into the freezer.
