I don't hate being the geezer to tell you to clean out the verbal horsepucky from your mouth, just want you to stay on You Tube. Want to see the next phase of Insta Pot wonder! OKKay????
This is said with appreciation of the content, but it's really hard to imagine doing this with that Nixon Chrono that looks about 12mm too wide like the old 55mm Fliegers. I'll even let the golden cuban link ring (I'm sure it's a wedding ring) and the collection of Johnny Depp bracelets slide. This would drive me nuts. 😎Can't wait to try the short rib recipe!
Wow. Nice to see you use a pressure cooker. It reduces time by a 3rd. It keeps moisture in the meats, and reduces cook time to a 3rd on most items. Brown rice(healthier than white) and dried beans are my fav items to cook and freeze
Less than 2 minutes in and I already found what I LOVE about your videos vs so many others.. You show us the ENTIRE ingredients in one tray, organized and looking neat.
Idk if it's how my brain works, but making everything look tidy makes it easier to process.
"Oh Snap! Fuck!" I died 🤣 Excellent videos, thanks so much for teaching us how this thing can work for us because I was given one and avoid it because I don't really know how to use it. I do now
Thanks for making a great video. I wish I had time to read the over 1300 comments here but I don't. I'm certain by now someone has told you that you can use a binder clip to hold the inner pot steady, to keep it from spinning while you stir. If so forgive me for repeating, but this is too good to go unsaid. Happy cooking, happier eating!
I got my 1st IP Xmas 2019. There was a learning curve using it. Had plenty of time in 2020 to learn. My favorite things I will only make in the IP is Ribs. Both beef and pork. Usually an cook in less than 45 minutes. Not hours. Just finish it under the broiler. Risotto comes out effortlessly and tastes awesome. Stews or Chilli. Basically, anything I used to cook in a slow cooker for hours, only takes minutes. Stocks. And I love pasta, anything. The noodles cooks with the sauce. And only 1 pot.
I passed on an instapot for years but recently cooked taco night for 20 people and my carnitas werent where I needed them so I ran and got the insta at the store and 45 minutes later had pork that otherwise would have taken 8 hrs. Well worth it.

Just set it…… and forget it!
Ribs in a insta pot, sacrilege!
I made the ribs for dinner the ribs came out delish I’ve been following Sam for maybe 4 years now I’ve really honed my cooking skills thank you Sam!
There’s a clip you can buy to clip on the edge of the pot and stops it from spinning. On Amazon.
I could make soooo much at once if I had that many Instant Pots!!!!

On mac and cheese change the lid to fry and add breadcrumbs if you have that model

This was fantastic, I have instapot for forever, seems like used it couple of times and now I’m eager to use it again
There is a T after the insta… making it an Instant Pot. Why people say instapot makes zero sense to me!

I use a big binder clip to keep pot from spinning.
I will come back when you cook some thing healthy.
I would have put the short ribs over that amazing mac and cheese
