    Great video but people are sick these days didnt know but now I do. Should've always known. This what I thought I was saying to Mr.Chris Heria about his last SEPTEMBER VIDEO ABOUT Desserts after I got a fake message on YouTube by a fake CHRIS telling me to message him on freakin "Telegram". I dont take it back because I'd said this to him, to his face,no cap, but Id regret and be disappointed if someone on his team partake in this crap!

It made me feel good too, to even read/know/see🤳🏽 that you responded back💻 to that message I commented on your Healthy Dessert Video you recently posted. Me and my friend watched it together and we're so gonna to make those cookies in about 2 weeks or less. I just may get my friend to make the cookies because Romeo want another "(post)-eatable Birthday Gift" from her (L🥳L). However, I LOVE TRYING new things, new teachable experiences and sharpening my skills etc, in any way. So, I might be in the kitchen with her AnyhoW helping and just Pleading with the Oven to Finish Up already⏲ 😅😭😅, (ha-ha-ha) awaiting to see how did our Final Product turn out. Mr. Chris Heria I just want  to say thanks for the video and how easy it seems to bake, prepare and serve healthy desserts/snacks. I really appreciate that video and you told me to text you so that I'd get a prize. I'm so stoked about that in itself!

    Just made the protein pasta and chicken and it looks and tastes amazing (for anyone with frozen chicken breasts, put it in your refrigerator at least a night before, I had to heat it for quite a while due to it still being partly frozen), recommend adding a little bit of pasta sauce with it though.

    So we just started eating all of these meals. We both work a 9-5 so getting in healthy food is hard but these meals make it easy.

    We make it for dinner. Eat leftovers for lunch.

    We have been eating tons of spinach lately since we sauté them. We ran out of lemon so we use a bit of vinegar and it is just as good!
