They look good. How about salted water for a salad dressing, instead? Try a 1/4 cup of water and 1/8 teaspoon of garlic salt. Salt to taste. Taste the salted water with a spoon before pouring on, too salty will totally ruin your whole salad.

Roasted chickpea and avocado salad
For the roasted chickpeas 🧆:
30 Oz chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Bake at 400°F 25 to 30 minutes
For salad 🥗:
Greens (however much you want I guess)
one cucumber diced
10 oz halved cherry tomatoes
One avocado
For the dressing 🍶:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
