    For the Salmon salad I would recommend keeping the Cucumber skin on as it contains a lot of fiber and will keep you full. That’s the goal when losing weight, stay full for longer so you don’t over consume.

    So my problem with eating healthy no matter what diet I look for I just can’t seem to stick with it because there’s never enough flavoring. I force myself to eat all these types of foods but after a while I go back to the old routine of eating junk simply because of the flavor and texture and then I start to over eat. One thing I do try to everyday is I try to drink a gallon of water everyday at home. At work it’s easier for me. Is there anything else that I can do to stay on this healthy path
