pre-heat oven at what temperature and for how long? also cook both chicken & sweet potato slices for how long? Sorry for asking so many questions, I do not cook at all so I have no idea of the oven setting.

mom and make this recipe and it was sooo good! We put the sweet potato and bellpepers together and the sweetpoataos got a bit of an aftertaste (that tasted like bellpepers ) and the chicken was great! totally making it again in the future

I just tried these and holy crap…what a great variety of food! I subbed quinoa for the rice, and used eggplant instead of the second serving of peppers. There are a lot of combinations and it's not boring!
