I'm back!!! Sorry for the long break as I've had lots of work travel over the last month. I hope you enjoy this new video and all the gems of knowledge on healthy, anti-inflammatory foods. Do you eat all of these foods? Which are your favorites? xo – Lisa

You begin to talk about the science but there are no studies. With exception the veggies you recommend contain anti nutrients, oxalates, phytates. Doctors have no expertise in nutrition, while diabetes is ravaging the population. We have to return to living during a time pre disease, such as the 1940s by the latest, before industrialized oils.

I think it's different for everyone. Items you have listed cause serious inflammation for me.

Thank you for making this video. I've had to learn a lot about my own health recently, and I was surprised and delighted that I regularly consume all of these foods. Salmon – it's expensive so I consume whenever I can. I enjoy your videos and learn so much. Chia seeds for example, never ate them until I started watching your channel. Please keep the videos coming, they have helped me on my journey.

💕Aloe Vera is also good for inflammation.
I don’t like the texture of aloe in my waters, so I freeze them. They turn into slushies, then I don’t notice or mind the texture. 💕

Not a chance you're bean pole, I have HIGGH metabolism and weigh 135 as a 5'9" man!
The only thing we agree on is berries… natural is always the best option. make a fruit salad and a vegetable salad and rotate days because you don't make friends with salad. Or avocados.

I love fresh foods and I have given up fried and fatty foods. However I prefer to grill any white fish but I have given up salmon after reading in a medical magazine that it is not healthy to eat it often especially the farmed and smoked ones.🤔

I have chronic migraines with the worst inflammation, my migraines are primarily triggered by weather changes. I made an anti-inflam smoothie after watching your video, all the pain I was experiencing (joints) left me! I wasn't expecting that, and it changed my entire day! Thanks for your videos!!

My favorite anti inflammatory food (drink, more like), is turmeric soda! Soda as in a fermented drink (not the carbonated garbage).

I am most definitely going to check out the recipes on your website. I have been diagnosed with Oestoartritis in my feet and knee. We know that OA is caused by inflammation not the wear and tear reasons given by doctors in the past. I will be using more anti inflammatory foods in the hope of stopping my OA getting any worse. Thank you.

I love most of your receipts except for those using seafood. All seafood today is farmed and even those that is Wild is caught in very congested ocean cages. This seafood has unbelievable amount of bacteria as well as ticks. So much so that the seafood has to be rinced in Chlorox to be consumable, and we all know that its a carcinogenic. I much prefer to get my omega-3‘s from Chia seed.

Just for the sake of sharing info, I finally figured out Acai is estrogenic. This can be good if you're trying to raise your estrogen! If you're trying to keep it down instead, so as not to cry all the time, that little yummy may have to be taken off the list of great options. (sigh. I loved the taste, and it was so smoothie-ready in freezer packs.) For anyone wanting more estrogenic activity, however, as I said – it's Acai for the win!
