I appreciate at the subtle notes. Carry-over cooking, uneven results for uneven sizes, seasoning amounts not just for oz of total chicken but relative size to each, etc.
Juiciest chicken I've ever made. Pounded flat. 18 min. total (flip). Spices were spot on. I lightly coated my glass pan with olive oil and added a little bit (1/4 cup) of chicken broth. Also squeezed about 1/4 lemon over the breasts before cooking. I made 3 breasts. Love this because you're not splattering the cook top trying to sear. They would never come out this good anyway. One last suggestion. If you love this rub (or whatever you make) make a lot of it and put it in an empty spice jar with a shaker cap. That way you don't have to mix it every time you make this chicken and easier to coat. THANKS!
1 chicken breast 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dry thyme 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp garlic powder olive oil
Method Leave chicken breast out for atleast 15 min in room temp. Then pound to make it even. Apply the olive oil on chicken breast and then sprinkle all of the seasonings. Rub well with hands. Preheat oven to 425 F and place chickenin oven safe dish. Bake for 18-25 min. Flip halfway for juicer chicken. Take out at 160F so that it cooks to 165F as it resta outside
Thank you for this simple recipe! I tried this tonight, it was so tasty and so juicy! I had 2 huge chicken breasts and had to keep them in about 10 additional minutes and was afraid they would be dry, they were nice a juicy! Great recipe!!
Hi from France 🇫🇷👋 I did them today but left them for 30 min but they were so juicy and delicious (I flipped them once) just perfect. Next time I will put more seasoning and will cook for 20 min. Also O didn’t know if I put the fan on or off… I put it off Thank you 🙏 for all delicious recipes
I’ve been waiting to cook whole breasts of my family. But I specifically watched every detail and they’re in the oven. Hopefully they’ll come out as juicy as he suggest. The only thing I used was the prepared sauce. I just put it lightly in the bottom of the baking dish and just put the chicken on top of it after they were coded. I couldn’t take the chance on it becoming dry because the family complains about everything. So get your fingers crossed and I promise you that hopefully they’ll like it. I’ll be back to watching cooking well with you. Thank you

How can temp increase after being removed from heat. I could understand if they held temp for a while but increase?

Mine came out a bit dry, did them 24minutes, flipped halfway, 220⁰C

Yeah mine came out not cooked all the way and the oven was 425 degrees and I cooked for 18 minutes because it was small chicken breasts
