    Those are 16oz Ball Brand mason jars you can find a Walmart in the food prep section and the tops are also at Walmart sold separately in plastic he just switched out the tops on the mason jars cost is about $11 for a pack of 15 and Tops were like $2.99

    This is the only video I highly disagree with. Have if a diploma in nutrition, you guys should know that you don’t meat dead animal protein to make muscle . In fact.. more then 5% of your diet in a day being dead animal … causes cancer. There are a ton of calestetic and body builder vegans . This nutrition style you’re doing to so old… also.. rice is a dead white low value carb that spikes insulin and turns to sugar in the body, again, cancer food .
