This chicken fried rice recipe takes 15 minutes to make. It’s absolutely delicious and everybody loves it- no doubt about that. Sometimes maybe you don’t know …
No matter what oil I use at what heat, it always spats and explodes like a volcano. Also, any time I've used my wok, anything I put in it sticks bad, especially rice, giving me a weird, thing burnt layer I have go scrape out later when I clean it. What and how am I doing things wrong. I do recipes exactly as say 😭
Tried this receipt tonight, turned out excellent !.. wife and I really enjoyed the rice.
also want to say that I bought the "Souped Up Recipes " Wok and it really made a difference cooking, the steel spatula fits the contour of the wok precisely which makes very easy to mix, flip and dice the food which is being cooked, worth the investment in my humble opinion. Thanks for sharing this receipt
I've always called this my 'Budget lunch' meal that I also eat for dinner. Of course, the combination of things in this video is perfect with those ingredients as is, but if you are short of something or have some food in the fridge, this is a good dish to use it all. Ingredients are sauteed one after the other or in bunches of similar-sized items and moved to another pot and mixed back together at the end or any combination of items. Sauteed mushrooms with garlic powder (or minced garlic), thinly sliced celery, sesame oil, soya sauces, tapioca starch, rice, scrambled eggs, leftover meat like roast or pork cut thinly or thinly sliced hot dogs, or slivers of Spam fried up, green peppers, carrots, peas, green beans, broccoli, tiny bits of cauliflower, and whatever else you can think of.
I use chicken thighs instead of breast, cheaper and juicier. I also use a little sesame oil mixed with the vegetable oil. Other than that this recipe is a winner. I use bone in thighs even cheaper! But deboning thighs is not easy, fyi.
I have prepared Chinese fried rice before with mixed – though never entirely satisfying – results. Your approach is very different to mine, so I am going to give it a try tonight. I have no doubt it's going to be spectacular. Thank you for your channel and will be checking on your other recipes constantly!
we love you!
Thank you very much for this awesome video. I'm about to make this for my family.
99% of food you cool yourself is better than take out
Is there something else to use beside soy sauce?
WHAT A WONDERFUL SOUL
Looks like Manna from heaven!😋
Mmmm I love hard overcooked eggs in my rice… 🙄

How do you manage to keep your size after all these years, do you have an exercise secret?
If you look at the actual recipe, it's baking soda not powder (it does offer an apology for the mistake on there).
