The baking soda works as a charm to tenderize any meat including poultry, for years was difficult to find adequate ingredient for Asian cooking in my country but now you can find some essentials in the local markets
Nothing is better than take out. You don't have to cook it yourself, it's ready in 15 minutes, they already have already have all the ingredients and there's no mess 🙂
I just wanted to say, I have made this recipe 4 times now and every time it turns out great. It has become a household favorite and everyone looks forward to our Chinese takeout night lol. I have actually made over a dozen of your recipes (traditional and non-traditional) and ALL of them have turned out superb. Thank you for sharing and I always look forward to your videos!
I made this following Mandy's instructions exactly. It was absolutely delicious, the meat was amazingly tender and the dish was so tasty. I've already been asked many times to cook it again next weekend. Thank you Mandy, amazing, easy to follow great recipe.
This lady is such a wonderful cook and explains everything clearly in terms you can understand. She also has a great carbon steel wok for purchase at a reasonable price and she even tells you how to season the wok. I’ve had mine also two years and it looks and cooks like a champ. Check out her channel she has loads of excellent Chinese recipes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mandy, I just love your style! Your recipe instructions are on point. No background music interruption and the recipes I've prepared are delicious and mistake-proof. You are a great chef and instructor… thank you!

You messed up why is your beef deep fried and not cooked in a wok
