    Hi! I tried making the coconut pudding, I used fresh coconut milk and honey instead of maple syrup and left it in the fridge overnight. The texture became solid and hard like a frozen ice cream😅 What I did wrong?

    Tried making the 1st one and it came out sehr lecker!!!instead of using maple, i used vanilla. Low fat milk instead of almond 🙂
