SIDE NOTE – I almost didn't want to include the chicken and rice recipe because it is such a basic recipe. HOWEVER, that can also be a good thing! I included it for 2 reasons. 1. It is just that. This is a great recipe to start with and add your own flare. (Veggies, toppings, etc.) And 2. It uses no "cream of" soup. I do use cream soups occasionally, but if a recipe is great without them…that is always a plus in my book!

Frozen meatballs…fresh is so much better.
Not a fan of using pre-made meatballs or mashed potatoes, etc. You should keep some frozen broccoli florettes on hand, they work well in casseroles.

Most of these recipes can be done in half the time in an instant pot. Good ideas for me to use in the instant pot.

I make a Pumpkin dump cake except us "ready to go" canned pumpkin pie filling. I find it in the pie/crust section in a large can. It needs eggs and can milk. Serve with cool whip. Always gets eaten at potlucks.

Girl! you made my mouth water when you added that ice cream at the end. Yes I will be making the Apple Pie dish. Also, you should use a bag of frozen veggies to that chicken dish.

I am not a cooker person but that caramel apple dessert looked so good I had to try it. Not sure what I did wrong but I had a bunch of pieces that were still just dry cake mix confused 😕 I am so disappointed. What did I do wrong?😔
