con't Start by heating the marshmallows a few seconds at a time, stirring. Not so much to heat them but to slightly melt. gently. Stir in the corn syrup. You will end up with marshmallows creme just like the recipes call for & just like the jar of marshmallow creme from the store.
Hint: Simply put the marshmallow in a large microwave bowl. 7 ounces of marshmallows or mini-marshmallows either one would equal 7 ounces of marshmallow cream.
You can make it yourself if you have marshmallows & corn syrup. It's called Marshmallow Creme here in the Southeastern US but nonetheless here is a simple way to make it yourself dear. My fiance in London eats this stuff by the spoonful I have to mail it to his whole family! LOL
Substitutions:
marshmallow creme/marshmallow fluff: Gently heat 16 ounces of marshmallows plus 1/4 cup corn syrup in a double boiler, stirring constantly; 10 large marshmallows = 1 C miniature marshmallows

I thought the fluff dip was my speciality, and now I know it's not my creation.. Sad day. I make mine with whipped cream cheese, and marshmallow fluff because it's easier to mix, but it's always a hit! It also tastes great with pinapple, apple, peaches, and all berries.
@Milie026 are u sure ? i could not find them in Norway, but we actually haave them 😀 try searching on the internet? thats how i found out, even found the stores that sold them 🙂
Thank you Leesha for making your mom create more videos for us! (I'm assuming you did, since she made them at your place) Hehe I love them. Love these recipes, you guys are both awesome!! <3
I find the fluff dip is much easier to mix if you get the whipped cream cheese. I love dipping lots of thing in there – some of my faves besides strawberries are pretzels (for that salty/sweet thing), chocolate graham crackers, and bananas!

Is there a way to make cinnamon chips at home? I don't think I can buy it here either.
By the way, it's almost time to eat here, I'm so hungry and I was hypnotized by this video, everything seem so good!!
