OMG! That was amazing! and so easy to make. I followed your instructions closely, and this stir-fry was the best I've ever made. Especially, making your own sauce… delicious. You have a fan here in Puerto Rico. Thank you.
Chef Billy … Can I ask? I see you blanched the broccoli and carrots at 6:16, and I understand you used that to make them softer. But, why didn't you SHOCK THEM with ice cold water after you finished the blanching? Usually Chinese people (I think) blanch B & C first (let's say), then shock it and add it at the end. Won't it still keep cooking after it is put onto the dish, or maybe, it just starts cooling down. I am not a Chef, so maybe you could explain if you have any thoughts. However, I loved your simple recipe, because we sure learned how to do it quick by watching you.
Replacement for the sherry wine?
Ok, I'm making this! Thank you!
Thank you for the encouragement. Looks yummy 😋
Can you please recommend a good wok! Thanks
Excellent, I made this and it was delicious!
Wow, it looks fantastic. I also found this one very useful as well https://youtu.be/WgNMIImTlmE
dude , dont wear your hat backwards you look like your audience should be 13-15 year olds
You saying I already knew how to make stirfry? All I did was just do what I thought would work.
Just loved this. Quick, Smart, Flavoursome and Healthy food!
For a kitchen challenged person nothing about this seems easy
It took me a lil more than 30min but it was delicious! Tku for a great recipe! Pam from TX
Today will be the third time in month I ll be making this. We love it . Thanks for the amazing recipe. ❤️
That was not 2 heads of broccoli that you dumped in. More like one small one.
I used your recipe… everyone loved it
Most of it however
I’m gonna make my teriyaki sauce 😃
I don’t usually do beef stir fry, but I was thinking the same on the marinade, but now I will add the egg, thank you!!
Why do you use canola oil instead of olive oil?
What are these blackish rapperish hands and fingers movements for??
nicely done, thanks
I wouldn't add the egg to the beef. I cooked it and it turned into scrambled egg mash and beef. Couldn't cook the beef without obliterating the egg, ruined the dish. The beef you poured in didn't even look like you put an egg it looks dry. I'm going to stick to frying dry meat.
Hi. Chef. I am from India and my family enjoyed this recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Everything looks great but all that cornstarch
canola oil is toxic trash. pls dont use that
Flank steak is cheap?
Just the recipe I was looking for! Thanks.
(Tip: Use the BACK of your knife to scrape the garlic from the press. Less chance of damaging the edge)
I didn't know you could put eggs in stir fry but looks real easy and delicious

Could I use red wine? Amazing recipe btw ❤️🙏😳
Thanks, now do it for a normal person, with no wok and no fancy gas stove.
Great over rice dish!
I made this last night, I’ve tried different ways to make stir fry but it was always a fail.
Your recipe was perfect, easy to follow and holy crap… the flavor was out of this world.
Thank you for this video
My only change would be to have a nice LARGE portion of rice with it!
Canola oil toxic use olive
