    This is a very good idea for using panela cheese.
    These tartlets will definitely be a hit with friends.
    I like to use panela cheese on waffle fries.
    A small bowl of cheesy waffle fries with chili powder and cilantro.
    A pinch of salt & pepper and you're set to munch.
