Learn how to cook Classic Beef Stroganoff, with tender strips of beef and mushrooms, in an incredible creamy sauce. This is an easy and excellent 30 minute …
Thank you for this recipe. I made it tonight. I had a pound of leftover trimmed pot roast which I sliced. I didn't have heavy cream so I added extra flour and used milk. Even with substitutions it was fantastic and the meat was so tender. I couldn't bring myself to serve my husband that pot roast for 3 meals so this was a fantastic way to make it different. He loved it.Thanks again! PS the dogs loved the leftover potatoes, celery and carrots with a little gravy.
I made this with beef milanesa and omitted the flour. I added extra garlic and a whole tsp of Dijon mustard on accident. It was delicious! Served it over riced cauliflower to keep it Keto. Perfect macronutrients for me. Will definitely make again.
Ms Natasha – I just got a 5qt slow cooker, first stop your blog to learn more great ideas . . . . and this stroganoff looks divine! SO I guess my question is, what is the blue pan/pot you are using thnx – M in AZ
Fab recipe. However how is it that Americans canโt manage to say Stroganoff properly. It is Strog as in Dog not Stroagโฆโฆ and Worcestershire Sauce is pronounced woostershire like woodโฆ English is a tough language I get it. But you guys have been speaking it for a while now!!!
I hope you'll give this one a try ๐! What is your favorite recipe with beef?
I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Natasha, I love your channel, keep it up Girl!!!

Do you think subbing the flour for almond or coconut flour would work?
Great with ox tongue too.

FYI this is a good dish for feeding mass quantities! My parents used to make this all the time for dinner ๐

Made this luscious recipe for my girls recently and it was a huge hit! Your face said it all at the end of the video. ๐
Made this tonight, turned out good. Clear instructions and visuals, was easy to follow.
Big mistake! Pan fry the beef on high heat to sear the sides and holds the "juice" inside, cut into strips AFTER; you'll thank me!
Your fun, and funny ๐
You keep saying you want to bring it to a simmer, and then you bring it to a low boil instead.
I have made this for friends who have a problem with gluten. Instead of egg noodles, I substituted white rice. What a great dinner. Thanks Natasha!
That's like probably 1 serving for me
Tempering the sour cream is KEY. Great tip Natasha.
That seems so yummy ๐ beef is the best and tastier. Newbie fan full support watching here.
