More over, I eat whatever my mom cooks and we literally eat rice every day for lunch as Asians. 💀 my school ends at 2 pm and I have lunch around 2:30 pm after taking a shower so not like I can cook and be creative and all. I get 30 mins time for breakfast only during tiffin breaks so I just eat the same boring breakfast daily 💀
I usually just make plain rice noodles with some Chinese meatballs and sauce in it but the Chinese noodles u made with the sauce looked rlly good I’m making that next time

Here's another healthy sandwich idea that I just discovered recently.
Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half a large avocado, 1/4 cup of chickpeas and mash them all together in a bowl. Then add some chives, lemon juice, and red cayenne pepper. Stir that all together and spread on Ezekiel bread (ezekiel bread is a really healthy alternative to regular white or wheat bread because it has a low glycemic index). This is a delicious lunch and keeps me full and satisfied!
Ok so this is really late but if your not vegan I would recommend just using regular meat for the burger because companies add a lot of sugars and stuff to make the “meat” taste more like real meat and it usually doesn’t have as much protein
Tried the pizza and the beyond meat burger recipes and omg! Wayyy exceeded my expectations! The pizza I used naan bread instead, sooo good! Will be returning to these recipes for the rest of my life honestly, thanks so much for sharing! ❤
I sure hope you're not using a nonstick coated pan… it looks like that and it hurts to watch you use a metal spatula. It will eventually break the coat and you get good amount of aluminium in your food. 🙁
