The chicken hasn't gone bad because it expired yesterday! Come on Sam. It's the packaging that makes the odor. I never wash chicken but in this case rinse it off and it's fine. Please do some research on exactly what expiration dates mean.

The sections are called drumettes and wingettes not that it really matters. I'm a retired meat cutter of 33 years. At least that's what we called them. Love your show I learn a lot from it. Keep up the great work
Once bought a dozen chicken breasts. Opened the day i bought them and immediately got hit with them smelling off aswell as them being slimy. Thing was they were still in date for another 3-4 days.
