Please please, tell me what is the added benefit of leaving the oats overnight in milk instead of preparing them in the morning? I have been discussing this with my GP and we have not found the answer yet.

I have always thought the calliflower need to be boiled first , otherwise it stays hard in the oven. Why dont you boil it ( or precook in some other way)?
Just be aware all plants have toxins/mechanisms which are poison to us. These protect them and so passing on their species. Oxalates, Phytates, Histamines, Salicylate, Lecktins, Glutamate etc. Animals have teeth, claws, speed, camouflage. If you do not remove these toxins you will not reach min 120 years 🙏
