I love this video! I can’t wait to make your version of the red lentil pasta sauce. I’ve made many dairy free pasta sauces before using cashews or other ingredients & this looks like a quicker cooking process. I can’t wait to try making all of these! 🤗
I am having bariatric surgery this coming winter and over the last several months have been making many swaps in diet including adding lentils and beans instead of rices and pastas and loading up on my veggies. I was missing pasta on occasion so learning that they make lentil pasta is AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to try it!
Looking forward to trying theses meals, thank you for sharing. But just wanted to say you are wasting so much goodness when chucking out those broccoli stems. Peel them to get rid of the woodiness and cook as you would cook the asparagus. I even use them in stir fries, soups, pasta bakes, etc. Once you start doing this you will be amazed at how much of the vegetable you were wasting unnecessarily. I even managed to get my non vegan hubby to peel the stems and use them when he cooks.
