You’re the only vegan chef I trust. Thank you for inspiring me 🥰
Thank you so much. I am very appreciative of media and that I can have you teaching me to cook yummy, healthy food. Thanks again.
I made the chili and added the two tablespoons of chili powder. My god, it's so hard for me to eat it, but I will because I don't want to waste any food. I'm no stranger to spicy food, but I'm having a hard time with this one. A warning would have been nice. It's super yummy though and I'll make it again, I'll just not add that much chili haha (did not add jalapeno peppers or any other heat too)
I am a beginner cook and meal prepper but I just completed this and it turned out great! I'm swapping the chia pudding for overnight oats (still getting some chia seeds lol) but besides that I did everything the same. Thank you for making this so accessible and easy to follow for newbies like me. That PDF was truly a lifesaver. Cant wait to enjoy these meals all week 😁
Thank you for the recipes I love it
Do you have a video on the pots you use ? And the pans
Just discovered Nisha and I'm so glad I did! Thank you for helping our transition to veganism easier and more enjoyable! Subscribed <3
This is an incredible meal prep. It took the time you said (hooray!), I already had all almost all of the ingredients, your seasoning is on point, and my husband and young children (6&3) enjoyed all the dishes! I'm so grateful you posted this!
I'm kind of blown away by the amount of care put into this. I have already downloaded 2 free PDFs and I don't even have any questions because there is a whole video to go with them! Thank you for all the work you put into everything _
i have wanted to try the plant based diet for ages but hated how in your face a lot of vegans are. Youre so friendly and have such a light vibe about you. I'll be following and now giving it a go!
I need to ask this… how do you clean your baking pan? Because it looks dirty, but I'm sure it's not. I always struggle with cleaning mine so it looks new, but maybe I'm just wasting my time and nerves.
I love these meals. Not bland at all. Food you can eat throughout the week and not get bored!
Could you do a dupe recipe for the Trader Joe’s chickpea masala salad? 🙏🙏
Onions and garlics kills urs 3rd eye
I just found you yesterday and I'm binge watching ALL your vids. I'm obsessed. Your so beautiful and the way you talk through everything is so helpful. Love love love your meal ideas and recipes and am so appreciative that you give pdf guides for free. Thank youuuu 😍
I had, in the past, found a chia pudding recipe that was smooth but when I tried to make it in my blender like I did in the past, it didn't work. I don't like the texture of seeds. It was a chocolate cherry pudding that was soooo good. Any suggestions?
how is this free?
Most helpful and versatile meal prep so far
love love love
Dry or wet pinto beans and how much to put in ?

I’ve recently started meal prepping, I cannot wait to make this chilli
This looks delicious, simple and no weird ingredients. Thanks!
"…your butt.." lmao
Finally a vegan meal prep… With seasoning!
Ahhh I’ve been looking for a nice easy vegetarian meal prep and this is exactly what I needed to kick the new year off with! Gives me motivation knowing I’m set for the week! Thank you ❤️
I love you for adding the PDF!! Thank you so very much!!
Loved this! So helpful
"what's something else?" "Your butt!" 😂😂😂 Favorite part!
Nisha, I love all these hearty bean stew type things, but I can't eat tomatoes because of the acidity. Do you know of anything that can be substituted? In the past, I figured out how to make a pretty convincing beet marinara but I've never tried adding it to a dish like chili that's supposed to use a can of toms.
