I’ve tried to get into oatmeal so
Many times but it always ends up
upsetting my stomach so I barely
finish half the bowl and I’m hungry again not even an hour later 😫. I have just been putting oats in my smoothie and that seems to be okay.

I prefer to use more fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs. I don't use any powders; I only use fresh garlic, onion, basil, cilantro, dill, parsley; I grow my own aromatic herbs free of any pesticides…. absolutely organic. I am watching your videos though and I get inspired and do it my way. Thank you.

Hi! I would love to see a video on how to cook and prep when you live alone. I live alone and if I try to have a wide variety of foods I usually end up with a lot of fresh veggies gone bad. I really hate to waste food, and I try to plan my meal prep and only buy the amount of veggies I know I will cook. But every so often I'll buy a red cabbage that I'll enjoy for a few meals and when I have 75% left it's gone bad. I really want to have more fresh veggies, but for the time being I only buy very small packages of a few things and stick with frozen stuff the rest of the time. Do you have any advice?

I lost a load of weight on the potato diet, the only way I could lose weight in my old age. And speaking of old age, lose your weight before you get to old age because your skin is elastic when you are young but in old age, you will most likely not have that elasticity and may end up with weight loss, yes, but also loose skin.

Has your skin always looked this fantastic or did you see an improvement when you went vegan? Btw, Justins usually has palm oil in it. I use Trader Joe's organic peanut butter and peanut powder.

I actually really needed that “go easy on yourself” at the end. It was so easy to lose the first 20 lbs with this way of eating, but now that I’m trying to get rid of those last 10-15lbs which will put me in the mid-range of a healthy BMI for my height/age, I’m struggling.
