Funny 😁 I just watched Game Changers and decided I am going to cut down on my animal product consumption for protein and see how it goes. If my body feels ok I will keep my family Vegan. I am trying to stay fit, and am scared I will lose power or energy, but from this film it seems what I have been taught since a child has more or less been a lie or based on what they knew then.

Yummy. I made the Quinoa Salad, replaced the coriander and olives with basil and roasted pumpkin, white quinoa with tri-colour, it turned out delicious, much better than I expected.

For the quinoa salad, if I wanted to add raw veggies like bell pepper and kale, when would I add these ingredients? Same time as tomato?

Just starting out at 73. I was looking for some simple dishes to start off. Thinking about ordering ready made dishes shipped thru the mail? Any deas along thoses lines? I have had a stroke and my left arm and hand are unuseable so cutting sliceing and dicing are a slow process. Thank you for the videos, I plant to start today with the three in this video.

Used to cut onions like that until I watched a video on how cutting from end to end is better. Breaks up the cell structure less so there's fewer tears and it easily breaks apart into these nice strips after slicing, no real need to dice. I just cut off the ends, slice in half, and then slice like you did before going against the grain to dice but the whole way through. I used to think dicing them was necessary but the texture of those little strips is really nice.

Thank you for creating your food prep videos. I just started watching your videos and I have learned a lot. I have been a vegetarian for years, but never meal prepped. Now that I have seen your videos which use SIMPLE INGREDIENTS I can start doing meal prep! Once again, thank you for creating SIMPLE MEALS and also making meal preps that can last several days.🥗

There are some unhealthy items in vegan cooking – coconut milk, coconut oil, oils in general, palm oil, palm kernal oil – they are made with highly saturated fats which wreak havoc on your cardiovascular system. Watch for vegan 'butter' made with these unhealthy highly saturated plant fats. Vegan mayonnaise may not be healthy – look for saturated fats. And vegan cheese – Daiya, Miyokos products, and others are made with thick, artery-clogging coconut oil. Lots of unhealthy saturated fat. Look for cheese made from whole nuts instead and even then don't overdo it.
Just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's healthy. I would love to see more recipes without added fats, saturated or otherwise. For example, "tuna" salad can be made with soft tofu, some seaweed, and/or Old Bay Seasoning. Much healthier than adding processed fat as it increases the protein from the tofu.
    Thanks for your videos.

Rinse the quinoa well first, to get rid of that horrible bitter taste.
