Pour flour and salt and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add a bit of oil at a time and mix until you can form a firm lump. Then add water. Keep adding until you can make a dough. Let dough sit for a while. Refer to 1:23 for rest of it from there.
step 2- put sugar and water in a bowl, mix. add the cripsy thingies.
