Mam one more way of doing eggplant 🍆 and chickpeas first boil the eggplant 🍆 in pressure cooker for 3whitsles then remove the skin mash it and all the ingredients you have added and same procedure as you have done next method is apply little cooking oil on the brinjal and grill it and same procedure as above try it and you will like it thanks god bless
