    It won’t be cold. You have to put it under foils AND A THICK TOWEL.

    This turkey will taste bland as hell except for the skin. No injection into the meet, nothing under the asking… just butter with salt and pepper over the skin? The some stuff that doesn't seem like much seasoning going and one piece of fruit which would make it sweet colliding with the salt of the skin. Maybe in Europe this would be ok turkey but this is going to be cardboard taste without skin. That breast will taste like air.

    I don't get how you're supposed to warm it up after two hours. The tin foil and the towel are not going to keep it hot it's just going to be warm. Why is the resting essential?

    I am glad I don't eat meat anymore because my turkey experiences was a nightmare. For me it was the most unpalatable, difficult and time consuming meat to cook. No matter how much brining it always turned out dry, tough and tasteless. I don't know why it would be a Thanksgiving centerpiece. In fact, the stuffing was the best part.

    Made this turkey and gravy exactly as it was done. Jamie Oliver did not disappoint me (own lots of his cookbooks). Thanks Jamie for all your help over the years. I like making your recipes because you don’t use silly ingredients that I’ll never use again/or I can’t afford. I knew a fellow drummer would not let me down. Cheers!
