I don't get how you're supposed to warm it up after two hours. The tin foil and the towel are not going to keep it hot it's just going to be warm. Why is the resting essential?

No matter how much brining it always turned out dry, tough and tasteless. I don't know why it would be a Thanksgiving centerpiece. In fact, the stuffing was the best part.

It won’t be cold. You have to put it under foils AND A THICK TOWEL.
