You are doing so great. Be extremely proud of yourself and all that you’ve accomplished! You’re extremely inspiring to me ❤️ What ingredients do you put in your meatloaf? 😉

I’m very proud of you! I’m 4mo post op 72lbs down. 114lbs down in 5.5 months, I lost 42lbs in 2mo before I had VSG! Keep up the great work! Do you mind sharing the app you used to track your carbs, protein etc? I’d love to download that myself! Thanks for sharing
I'm not opting for surgery but my primary doctor and I have agreed to a low calorie, low carb, bariatric diet. Thank you for making these videos. They help open up meal ideas; beyond salad with hot sauce and my coffee each day. ❤
Thans for this video….Im at my heaviest…..88kg….i really will rry the app food app….eat healthier…..like you …. surgery terrifies me….you are really brave
Congratulations, to you on the rest of your journey 🎉 !
I’m 5 weeks post op, from having gastric bypass. I’ve had my ups, and downs with foods (now that I’m in the solid phase). My doctor instructed me, to stay away from the microwave. Which I’ve stopped using, long before my surgery because it kills your food.
This morning, I tried to have an egg white omelette, cottage cheese (fat free) with sun dried tomatoes. I literally had about 4 SMALL pieces of eggs, & I had to vomit 😞. I cannot wait, until it gets much better!
I'm one year 2 months out and I was 320lbs now I'm 225 I'm trying to get too 185lbs I go to the gym 4 days a week and run 🏃♂️ alot I'm hoping to find a solution to get there
Next week I will be one month post op. My tastebuds are definitely different. I barely eat I am beginning to drink water more now. It’s not easy, but I am happy I made the choice still new in the process going with the flow of my journey. VSG surgery.
I'm 10 months post op from VSG and it has been a struggle lately coming up with new meals. This was really helpful, I'm going to look into getting that bariatric recipe book. Thank you!
I'm 5mths post opp and hit a stop at 335🥺
Thanks so very much for sharing. I'm currently awaiting approval for my procedure. Blessings

I was told coffe was a no. That caffeine couldn’t be consumed 🤔🤷🏻♀️
What’s the app you are using and how do you calculate macros.
I’m having bariatric surgery next month and this video helped a lot
thank you , really helpful
You look amazing
Can’t wait to do my vsg surgery soon seem good reviews about it for 10 years now
I wish I heard the names of the products you used like the name of the bread and the string cheese name. I write these down ti help me. Thanks
Did your toast have butter on it? Wondering because I thought things have to be moist to eat after gastric bypass.
You should think about buying a airfryer, best investment I've ever made. Through away my deep fryer and my microwave.
So do you have to eat all those veggies because of the surgery? I’m trying to understand why do the surgery if you are still eating diet food ?
I'm 5 years out vsg seem to be gaining little to much looking for good diet
Congratulations! I will get the book in your video to get some ideas for meal cooking!
You’re an inspiration and just love that you cooked real simple foods. I can do this too ☺️
I reheat in a pan, much better than a microwave
Great job
Just curious why is it a goal to stay under 80 grams of protein?
R u keto
Did u weigh the meatloaf?
Just received a referral to get bariatric surgery, so excited, but also nervous when it comes to side effects

Do you have to get the surgery to use this cookbook😊

Hello, any reasons why you made cauliflower mash instead of the normal potato mash? And why do you want to stay under 80 for protein? Thank you !
I don't know why people still opt for Bypass. It's not the best option.
