I cooked tonight a steak on a thin layer of olive oil with some pepper on it, cooked to perfection, and made a simple salad with pre-cut soft lettuce, a bit of peppers, tomatoes and olive oil. It took half the time and its a food decent enough for a man.
We Persian have the best saffron in the whole world and is the most expensive too . We ground a pinch of saffron with dash of sugar and add spoon or two of hot water to get more colors out of it ! We never ever use saffron whole and we being doing this from the start of wold 🤷🏼♀️
