I'll definitely have to try this since I love salads. It's a bit of a change from the one I always make which is fugi apples, raisins, walnuts, tomato, grapes, blue cheese, chicken. I'll bet your version is sweeter tasting due to the pears. Mine is more tart. As for dressing I use red wine vinegar and EVOO s&p. But I'm going to try yours. It looks great.
