No idea if this is healthy but I recommend making it! Get a bowl or cup 1- whole container of apple sauce Some cinnamon (idk the measurement) Oats or oatmeal cookies (I used great value iced oatmeal cookies and crushed them up*) U can blend it or just mix it around and crush up the cookies because if u don't have a blender then oats won't work Enjoy! Just so you know, honey, maple syrup and chocolate chips are NOT HEALTHY! They may be slightly better alternatives to straight up sugar, but they still contain so much sugar, even if it is natural like honey 🍯
ok but since peanut butter isn't the healthiest alternative there is stuff that's basically organic peanut butter? idk? basically its peanuts ground up in a blender and you can buy it at a store, I don't think there's any sugar and its so yummy and tastes exactly like peanut butter! I recommend it.
The first recipe is so dangerous omg. Do NOT use 1/2 a cup of Splenda on a recipe. Even if you only eat a couple of the brownies from the whole recipe, do NOT use that much Splenda (or any sugar alcohol for that matter). Sugar alcohols can actually cause damage to your body. That's why it hasn't really replaced sugar, since you can only have it in small amounts.
these all are small snacks with high calories , they will not help someone to lose weight, no way , you can make 1-2 liters or anabolic icecream very tasty, that will make you stomach hurt from that much food, and low calorie, with peanut butter taste , pb2 , and fucking 0 calorie sweeteners and all the shit u want, not natural peanut butter icecream , and there is so much wrong stuff here lol
not to be a downer, but most of these recipes are crazy bad for you, just stick to a good routine and treat yourself to one or two real dessert each week

I used to eat cut up apples with plain or vanilla yogurt and sometimes added cinnimon. BEST. SNACK. EVER.
