    I love smoothies the first time I tried it in one second I was obsessed with it !… I recommend adding this if you want a fast easy smoothie

    Too many fruits, skip the mango but add peanut or almond instead. It's too sugary and it will also increase a blood level.

    My breakfast smoothie has strawberries, apple🍎, banana , oatmeal 1 cup, almond milk 1 cup, fill the rest with water and add a scoop of peanut butter.
