Happy New Year! My hubby is Indonesian so we make egg rolls often. We use ground chicken breast (I grind my own to save ones). Now I'm definitely going to try using my air fryer to cook them!

That salmon dish looked so good. And I never thought of making egg rolls in the air fryer. Even if you didn't want to make them from scratch you could put your favorite brand in the air fryer and they would come out nice and crispy. Thanks for sharing these ideas. Catch you next time.

I’m excited to try the nuggets and hopefully get my spending wrangled in some this year. We have been so bad about ordering to go since it’s just the 2 of us vs cooking and there’s no excuse for it besides laziness
