    I'm making the choc coconut pie and I think the ingredients have been written wrong 🙁 It says '¼ cup water (60ml)' for the filling, but in your video you only mention milk. I've done 60ml of milk instead, but the mixture is like a paste instead of a liquid. Also my mixture looks like double the amount yours did, is it deffo 60g cornflour? Please help! Thanks! Love your channel also 😛

    i love this channel, and i have tried several of the recipes already, but i feel that there is something important to be mentioned.

    Coconut oil should not be used in high quantities or as the only oil you use. 80 to 90% of coconut oil is saturated fats which increase your chances of having cardiovascular diseases. same type of fats found in animal fat with same type of health issues associated with them.

    regarding the so called health benefits associated with coconut oil, this is what i found from a harvard study

    "Many of the health claims for coconut oil are based on studies that used a special formulation of coconut oil made of 100% medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). This is not the coconut oil available on supermarket shelves. MCTs have a shorter chemical structure than other fats, and are quickly absorbed and metabolized by the body, which is thought to promote a feeling of fullness and prevent fat storage.

    However, the coconut oil found on most supermarket shelves contains mostly lauric acid, which is absorbed and metabolized more slowly than MCT. As a result, the health benefits reported from specially constructed MCT coconut oil cannot be applied to regular coconut oil.
    Interestingly, lauric acid itself has also been purported to have health benefits. While lauric acid has been shown to increase LDL cholesterol levels, it also raises HDL cholesterol levels, suggesting a potential heart-protective role of coconut oil. However, large epidemiological studies have failed to report protective associations between lauric acid and cardiovascular disease."

    so, yes, use coconut oil if you like tha taste/scent/consistency, but do not treat it as a healthy fat alternative, as it is not. most other vegetable oils are a far better alternative.
    if you are to use coconut oil, try to keep it at 2 tablespoons a day max

    I just found a talent Mina probably doesn't even know she has: I'm super exhausted from uni this week so I'm lying on the couch and watching her video while I waited for my nails to dry. And damn the way she speaks is so positive & calm, I almost fell asleep because it calmed me down so much. If you have anxiety or have trouble falling asleep, I bet listening to her speak will calm you!!
