    Is there enough juice in the pan to use for 2 people who want this meal and want juice mixed in rice or should I double the sauce recipe? I really like liquid mixed into my white rice so it’s not as plain

    I'm not surprised the shrimp was overcooked with that light spay of oil you hit the pan with. In my experience, adding a liquid oil is much better and doesn't burn and dry out the shrimp as easily as a thin spray coat on the cooking surface.

    you cant just dup it all in there cause the marinade will taste fishy….2min later…we are gonna dump in the rest of our marinade…..
