A super yummy side salad is to shred raw beets and raw carrots then drizzle with tahini and a good quality balsamic- then top with sunflower or pumpkin seeds ….. I literally can’t stop eating it …. It’s the yummiest thing ever 😍 Great video ❤❤❤❤!!!!

It’s been 7 years On this health journey I’m so interested in it all! I remember being in church and a doctor came in 7 years ago he was talking about what to eat and what to watch out for I was hooked became a passion of mine to help people but it’s amazing because I absolutely love learning about our bodies and how they function it amazes me! All that to say is it’s led me to to want to learn more Im wondering if you know of any online schools that you’d recommend or have gone through?

the restaurant i worked at always made pesto in a blender like that! Just drizzle the olive oil slowly and that will loosen it up and you won't have to buy a food processor!
I absolutely LOVE these lunch ideas!! I'm excited to try them! I've been doing grass-fed meatballs and I even sneak beef liver in there for more nutrients!! SO good!
OMG these are awesome recipes! I went today and bought ingredients for the Waldorf chicken salad, boiled eggs and beet salad, and verde chicken bowl. Can’t wait to try these!
I have been making breakfast burritos for lunch using the Trader Joes Soy Chorizo, fresh eggs, potatoes, spinach and onion sauté, all topped with hot sauce and some avocado. 🌯 🍳 🧅 🥑

My favorite lunch recipe that is most recent is actually chicken salad. With miracle whip , chicken, grapes , apples and crushed pecans . Dipped with saltine crackers and sometimes a few slices of avacado. And I am trying to drink more water so water to drink with it . Love your videos Cambria as always . I really like Cambria and her content overall (nice video today!) but it definitely feel like videos comes only when there is a partnership/something to sell and then nothing for weeks…
My favorite lunch go to is a huge bowl of greens with a protein (chicken, steak, shrimp, cod, salmon, ground Turkey…) a veggie usually zucchini, bell pepper, carrots then some cooked sweet potato, black beans, and a homemade dressing 😍 I make different bowls depending on the leftovers I have but usually just put the dinner the night before over a bed of greens. It’s so easy and filling!
I love making avocado toast with bacon bits and a fried egg with a side of whatever fresh fruit we have on hand for lunch! Love this video – so helpful!!
I loooove making a salad in a mason jar for lunch! So easy and transportable. I usually add greens, tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, tuna, and chia seeds. I put my dressing at the bottom and dump it out when it’s lunch time! SO GOOD

My go-to lunch right now is a grilled cheese sandwich with local sourdough, tomato slices, basil, and bacon! Sooo yumm.
