While your meals looked interesting, I noticed that your pans are scratched. Especially the pan you used to cook the shrimp. When your are , some of the nonstick coating can flake into your food (the also becomes stickier). What is even more is cooking in a nonstick over high heat (this releases a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid)This can release toxic compounds. This is just an FYI and hope you find the info helpful. Keep up the good work!
I love seafood so make more seafood videos for our people because they are not used to it. Hint, cod, rockfish, salmon squid, tuna, mahi mahi…..keep it up sis.

I have been on diet I haven’t lost much so I’ll follow this for a while and see if it helps I don’t eat dinner.
You should try bulgur wheat! It’s a great rice alternative, with less carbs, more protein and less fat. Less calories aswell and tastes like rice
