    Moar please. It's very difficult to find flavorful and healthy foods that aren't just rice and chicken with spices.

    Also extra pleading for dessert substitutes that are chocolate. Like healthy oat chocolate balls, or similar.

    Way easier & quicker way to make the cashew cream (Cook's Illustrated method): pulverize the cashews in the blender until sandy, then add the water, blend to combine, then let sit for 15 minutes before blending until smooth. And it gets so much smoother than soaking the cashews first– it really is the closest you can get to dairy.
