I saw my physiotherapist the other day about my muscle and joint pain, and was told that I am hypermobile.
Now I have to start modifying my workout routine, and was wondering if you have any tips. I have a daily yoga practice and haven't been doing any strength training or cardio in a while. Maybe you could do a video on how to modify hiit workouts?
